The ManagedITK project -- which generates .NET wrappers for ITK -- has
moved to Google Code:
    http://code.google.com/p/manageditk/

If you are interested, please note that all future versions will appear here.

Source code and binaries (x86, x64) of the latest version (3.8.0.1)
are now available for download:
    http://code.google.com/p/manageditk/downloads/list

For braver souls, the read-only svn source trunk can also be checked out:
    svn checkout http://manageditk.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/
