[Insight-users] 3D registration problem

Thank you Xabier, I´ll try to use wath you told me.
 
Now I have another cuestion. If the raw image that I have is a 3D image (in fact tha image is a set of 40 raw images put one after other) and I write a MetaImage or I use itk::RawImageIO, can i use it with a 3D trasform method to register two 3D images? I mean, can I used this image directly with VersorRigid3DTransform, for example, and ITK will handle correctly the image?
