[Insight-users] Can i do this with registration??

Hi!
 
I want to register two 3D images with differents dimensions, and with different pixel types. One is a graysclae of 1byte/pixel and the other are a grayscale with 2bytes/pixel. I want to use the first one as fixed image and the second as moving.
 
I´ll try to do it, but i didn´t find any solution, so...¿is it possible to do with ITK?
