[Insight-users] insert a volume into another volume

Hi,



I found in the ITK Software Guide a way to write a file containing a region
of interest of an image ("Extracting Regions")...

But I'm looking for the contrary : to insert a "little" volume into a
"large" one.

Considering that, in the same space, the little volume would be INSIDE of
the large one, I'd like that the pixels of the little volume replace their
equivalent pixels in the large volume.
Do you see what I mean ?

Can you help me to do this ?
