[Insight-users] HAMMER registration method

Hi,
is there any implementation of the HAMMER method in ITK?
I found the executable file, but not the source code.
 
Or, is there any implementation of GMIs in ITK? 
GMIs = (Geometric moments invariant) used by Hammer for the caracterisation of voxels.
