Hi Ram,

I'm afraid that I can't be of much help here.

HAMMER is a closed source application unrelated to the Insight Toolkit.

You should also be aware that the method implemented in HAMMER is
covered by a patent, and that therefore you need a license from the
patent holder in order to use this software, even for research
purposes. See emails from the ITK Archive below (**).


You may want to post your question to the group that developed
the software.


It seems that a reasonable place to post your questions could be
the NITRC forum:

You may want to take a look at the SBIA License, under which the
software is distributed. Note that this *is not* an Open Source
license.
