[Insight-users] Problem with compilation of "HelloWorld!"

Dear All!

I have 2 diractories:
/usr/local/Insight wich was created by unapachaging
InsightApplications-3.12.0.tar.gz
and /usr/local/Insight-binary wich was created by following commands:
mkdir Insight-binary
cd Insight-binary
ccmake ../Insight

Please, advice how could I compile HelloWorld! from
Insight/Examples/Installation? I read about it at page 17 of ITK Software
Guid, but there is too less information.

Please, help me to get started!
