[Insight-users] ImageReadExtractFilterInsertWrite.exe

Hello ITKers,

can someone specify why  the ImageReadExtractFilterInsertWrite  example does
not work with either .mha files nor .png files. It says
ImageReadExtractFilterInsertWrite.exe has encountered a problem and needs to
close. I tried it with
BrainProtonDensity3Slices.mha and BrainProtonDensity3Slices.png converted
with Paraview.
I am using cmake 2.6 and visual c++ 2008. All the other examples has been
working this far...

Any help much appreciated!!!
