[Insight-users] Non-Rigid Registration(Ultrasound Image Registration for Breastcancer)

Dear All,
I am conducting a Non-rigid image registration using Ultrasound Image. I have sample my elastograph from a breast phantom for 
 
1. When the phantom is uncompressed
2. When the phantom is compressed.
 
There are two tumours in the phantom tissue( the benign tumour and the malign tumour) I need a non-rigid image registration technique in ITK to be able evaluate the displacement of these tumour and how the far their various shapes has been altered when I compressed.
 
Can anybody help me as to which of the ITK examples or modules or algorithms will help me to this Non-rigid image registration.
