[Insight-users] Need help regarding FEM techniques (ITK newbie :) )

I am a newbie , and I created 3D volume from VTK and Will convert it to ITK
image 

I want to apply FEM mesh , node , force , ... and solve 

any small example regard that or simple tutorial will be highly appretiated 

I read ITK examples , but it was hard to understand
