[Insight-users] File:dbgheap.c problem when using ITK in C++/CLI

Hi Hossein,

I don't know what "create a simple project" means. It could be this
step is causing the issue.

As I said in my previous email: I think the best chance of getting
help regarding this issue is to post detailed instructions (including
code, project files, etc) on how to reproduce the issue. It sounds
like the code file will be only 1 or 2 lines.
