[Insight-users] Combine 2 Images to create 1 "mosaic" image

  I have "rolled my own" in the past but I was wondering what ITK  
filter/class is available to take a pair of images that have their  
origin/size/scaling set correctly and combine them together into one  
larger image. Checking the Doxygen docs now...
