[Insight-users] Problems building itk under MinGW

Bill-

Basically I am just trying to get ITK working by following the instructions
in Chapter 2 of the ITK Software Guide
(http://www.itk.org/ItkSoftwareGuide.pdf), but it doesn't seem to be working
for me.  Do you simply follow those instructions as written and it works?
