I do not recall any bugs. Everything worked right out of the box on
each of my builds from ITK-3.12 to ITK-3.16. But I am not using MinGW.
I have used visual studio 2003, 2005 and 2008 on 32 and 64 bit
compilers and at minimum 1/2 dozen different machines.
