[Insight-users] Danielsson distance transform

Dear ITK users,

Supposing we have a segmented map in WM, GM, CSF with label 1, 2 ,3 respectively
and background set to 0. I was wondering if there is any option in
itkDanielssonDistanceMapImageFilter for setting the Foreground value. For
example I just want to calculate the distance map of white matter without
creating a temporary image containing only white matter.
