[Insight-users] Reading DICOM Private Tags

Actually, I just did a google search and found this:

Looks like DicomImageReadPrintTags has an optional second argument
that permits you to add an additiona dicom dictionary. I think there
are some sample ones in Utilities/gdcm/Dicts.
