[Insight-users] Configure ITK

Hi Wen

ITK can be built with

   - Visual Studio 6.0
   - Visual Studio 7.0
   - Visual Studio 7.1
   - Visual Studio 8.0
   - Visual Studio 9.0

We have Nightly builds in the Dashboard with each one of these
compilers.

You shouldn't need to modify any settings
after you configure ITK with CMake.

If you found a problem with VS6.0,
please post to the list the *exact* error
messages that you got.
