[Insight-users] Re sample Filter without deleting existing pixels

Hello,

when using the resample filter, it is possible to specify a default pixel
value ("SetDefaultPixelValue").

How can I make this filter not overwrite existing pixels? That is, leave all
pixels as they are instead of replacing them by this default value?
