[Insight-users] How to speed up ThresholdSegmentationLevelSetImageFilter

Hi,

I am wondering what the best way is to speed up the
ThresholdSegmentationLevelSetImageFilter. I want the resulting surface
to be rather smooth, so I set a relatively large value for
SetCurvatureScaling. But in effect, the front propagates very slowly. Is
there another way to limit the bumpiness of the surface, without
sacrificing the propagation speed too much?
