[Insight-users] composition of transform

If the non-linear transform is an itk::BSplineDeformableTransform, you
can set the affine transform as the BulkTransform of the deformable
transform.

Hi,
 
I want to combine an affine transformation and an non-linear transform
together, and only interpolation once for the final result. However, the
"itkResampleImageFilter" only accept one transform. Any hints will be
greatly appreciated.
