[Insight-users] Use of ITK with MIPAV

Hi Viren-

See this PDF from the MIPAV website: http://mipav.cit.nih.gov/documentation/techguides/TechGuide2_UsingInsightToolkit.pdf  Many of the basic algorithms in ITK can be accessed through MIPAV.  After downloading MIPAV and opening an image, navigate to Algorithms->Insight toolkit (auto ITK)-> where you can find a list of update-able filters.
