[Insight-users] Shape Objects

Hello,

I'm creating an image " img"of centroids of Shape Label Objects. I create the background image setting all to 0 and the larges possible region of the original image. Then i get the LabelMap and retrieve the enumeration of shape objects, get the centroid of each of them. For each centroid i use "img"->PhysicalPointToIndex and finally SetPixel.

The result is unexpected as it seems to be scaled (pixel size is about 1.4) and also scrolled.
