[Insight-users] Reading an viewing .mha files?

Use ImageViewer.exe available at

http://public.kitware.com/pub/itk/InsightApplicationsBin/

Remember to get all the dlls along with the exe.

Some of the images in the data folder in the examples are in the format .mha. I have tried to find some code showing how to read and view these files but it seems there is no such code. Does anyone have an example file showing how to read the .mha files and view them?
