[Insight-users] How to extend the Expectation Maximization algorithm to 2d and 3d images

Dear all,

I'd like to apply the bayesian classification to my medical images, so I
suggest to use the Expectation Maximization (EM) algorithm in order to
estimate the mean and the covariance. I have tested the example in
ExpectationMaximizationMixtureModelEstimator and it works well but I don't
understand how to introduce my image (2d or 3d).

Can somebody help me
