[Insight-users] Build ITK 3.14.0 under Win XP x64 and Visual Studio 2008

I just attempted a clean build with the default options, otherwise
testing and examples set to OFF (no wrapping whatsoever).  I'm still
seeing the same errors.

I'm all out of ideas at the moment, going to take a break and try again later...
