[Insight-users] 3DSimilarity transform

I have two datasets that i would like to register.One has 9 slices and 
    the spacing is 1mm. The second dataset has 100 slices and the spacing is 
    0.130. I used the the similarity3Dtransform with a scaling of 4 . While 
    the registered image is not completely overlaping the reference volume 
    (100 slices) i have also a problem related to the slices numbering. For 
    example slice 45 corresponds to slice 46 of the registered volume.
    Do somebody has an idea that could help to improve the registration results?
