Dear Sir,
 
 
     I want to use the itkVectorFuzzyConnectednessImageFilter.cxx to compute each element' Fuzzy Connectedness of a sample matrix A[100][3]. The matrix has been assigned just one center point. But when I use the testing code, I found that two questions should be solve first:
 
    1. how to compute the homogeneity of covariance?
    2. how to save the Fuzzy Connectedness  data-- "m_fuzzycnnscene" to my hard disk?
