If you are using ITK 3.10.2 with default gdcm library then in no way
can you be impacted by the issue I described.
There has been an internal change in ITK which make it now more picky
with invalid direction cosines, I do not believe this has anything to
do with GDCM (IMHO). Hopefully someone can help you out on your issue.
