Hi Nicholas,

I am trying to register two point-sets together.

I download your IJ paper "Information-Theoretic Directly Manipulated
Free-Form Deformation Labeled Point-Set Registration" but it fails to
compile since several header files are missing in the submission. Can
you please send me the missing files?
