[Insight-users] Order of dimension for the saved data

I opened an analyze form 3D image and save to the disk using itk writer then
I notice that the original dimension of X Z Y is switched to X Y Z for the
written new image.
For example the input image was 256 by 128 by 256 then the save image is 256
by 256 by 128.
How can I make it consistent??
