I did add two cmake variable showing in cmake-gui (in 
Languages/Java/CMakeLists.txt):

JAVA_INITIAL_HEAP_SIZE (set to 256m by default)
and
JAVA_MAXIMUM_HEAP_SIZE(set to 2G by default).

I can provide the CMakeLists.txt if you want.
