Hi David,

Lets say you have a 100x100x100x100 image.

The ExtractImageFilter will give you a 3D image (100x100x100) at the
slice you want.

The latter filter gives you a 4D image with only 1 slice in the 4th
dimension ie 100x100x100x1.
