[Insight-users] GDCMImageIO Transfer Syntax

Hello,

Using GDCM 1 (included with ITK) Transfer syntax for produced DICOM
images is "Explicit VR Little Endian" (1.2.840.10008.1.2.1)

Using GDCM 2, the transfer syntax is "Implicit VR Little Endian"
(1.2.840.10008.1.2)


Is there a reason for this and a way to change transfer syntax?
