[Insight-users] CMake Stack size

Hi Matthias,
You may want to try any of the region growing algorithms;
ConnectedThreshold
ConfidenceConnected
IsolatedConnected
and follow it with the
itkLabelStatisticsImageFilter
that will compute number of pixels inside a label.
The ShapeLabelObject and its associated filters,
as Dan pointed out, are also a good way to go.
Please note that they are now available in the
Insight/Code/Review directory.
