[Insight-users] Dashboard didn't submit?

Hi David,

The clients have to make sure they submit after the current nightly time 
for the day. The nightly start time just tells CTest to fetch the 
correct CVS/SVN revision for the day. If you move your crontab to 21:05 
it should work well.
