Hi Michael,

 

you could take a look at MITK (www.mitk.org). Although it is more a
framework than an application, it contains an example application with a
nice segmentation plugin.

Hi @ all,

At the moment I try to learn how to design and write a good segmentation
tool. So I took a look at "itkSnap" and "SegmentationEditor" of Insight
Applications, which are very good. Are there some other tools out there
I can learn from? (Best written open source with itk.)
