[Insight-users] itk segmentation filters

hi folks, I'm new to ITK. I want to segment arbitrary structures from
CT images, those structures are selected with the ContourWidget found
in vtk. Well, my first problem is: how to generate a initial model
image to use with a levelset filter from the contours?
