Hi Eduardo,

The difference between this classes are the second uses gdcm to find
the filenames.
The GDCM integration in ITK probably will be the standard, and I think
the classes itkDICOM ( readers, file names generators ) will be
deprecated in near future.
If I'm wrong, please someone corrects me.
