[Insight-users] itk PCA spatial object ( mesh)

Greetings

I would like to know what itk filter I can use for computing PCA on a set of
meshes where one mesh is a "reference" and the other meshes are variations
around this true mesh.

Any one knows of an itk implementation of the shape modeling on this site :
