[Insight-users] Dealing with time series (4D)

Hi!

I am just working with a 4D nifti data set.

What i want to do is to apply a registration of each timestep and a 3D 
reference image.

At the moment i am capable of converting the 4D timeseries to a 3D 
timestep (specified by a requested timestep).
Then i am registering the 3D timestep with the reference image. But how 
can i create a new 4D timeseries out of th registered 3D timesteps ?

To make this more reasonable, one possible application is a motion 
correction.
