[Insight-users] LandmarkWarping plugin for VolView

Hello,
I am testing DeformableRegistration7.cxx and would like to generate my  
own example data.  I have a 3D image and would like to warp it using  
landmark warping.  I've seen references to a LandmarkWarping plugin  
for VolView in the mailing list, but have not been able to find it or  
any documentation in the Insight Journal.
Could someone direct me to where I can find out more about this plugin?
