Hi itk user,

I'm trying to build Itk 3.20.0 with gdcm 2.0.15 under Windows/MinGw.

Unfortunately, I'm getting error during the build regarding gdcmMSFF :

I don't know what's wrong. I have been able to build GDCM 2.0.15 successfully. The installation procedure works.

During the configuration of ITK, I set "USE_GDCM_SYSTEM" to "ON" and set
 the "GDCM_DIR" to the directory with gdcm binaries. I might be wrong in
 the directory I need to provide to ITK for GDCM. But I can't specify 
anything else than a directory with gdcm binaries.


I read threads with similar issue such as : http://www.itk.org/pipermail/ insight-users/2010-June/ 037360.html ; http://www.itk.org/pipermail/ insight-users/2010-July/ 037404.html I didn't find any relevant solution and they were all trying to build GDCM with the flag "GDCM_USE_VTK" to 
ON. When I set it to ON (I'm not sure, I have to do that), I'm getting 
build errors for GDCM about "sysconf", ...

I hope someone can help me with this issue.
