Hi All,
I want to segment MRI Brain volume to gray , white matter and CSF, i have two 
questions about that:
1- Is the best segmentaion method is k-nearest neighbour classifier or 
registration of brain atlases to MR images , 

2- Can i use MangedITK to performe these algorithms?
