[Insight-users] Registration for set of medical images

Hi Luis,
 
sory for late. I got the data from visible human project. i want to segment liver, kidny, and other organs.
 
i wont segment it using ITK_SNAP or 3D Slicer. (as i think it is easer than programing it with itk)
in 3D slicer i want to use rubost static segmentation.

It depends...

1) What is the content of your images ?

2) Do you have multiple modalities ?

3) What kind of segmentation are you planning to do ?
