[Insight-users] Very basic help required: Compiling and using binaryAttributeMorphology

Hi Neal,

These classes are in the Insight/Code/Review directory.

In order to use them you should reconfigure ITK with CMake,
and turn ON the flag:

                    ITK_USE_REVIEW.
