Hi Martin,

You will find this application in:

1) InsightApplications/SegmentationEditor

and its equivalent in:

2) InsightApplications/SegmentationEditorFltkGui


The application (1) uses Tcl to implement its GUI,
while the application (2) uses FLTK for the GUI.


Iternally both of them are using the Watershed image
filter that is described in the ITK  Software Guide

Note,
that there are several variations of watersheds
that have been recently contributed to ITK.
