[Insight-users] xxxxxSPAMxxxxx How to update itk using WinCVS?

Hi,
I need to do cvs update, I’ve just installed WinCVS and now I try to follow the guides as explained in the link:  http://www.itk.org/ITK/resources/software.html 
I’m lost with that I do not know from where to start to do the update. I start to read the help of WinCVS but I found it too complicated.
Could anyone give me step by step on how to do the update or another link where I can understand easily and quickly how to use WinCVS with itk?
Please could you help me on this matter as I need urgently to update some itk classes?
