[Insight-users] ShapedNeighborhoodIterator + SetNeedToUseBoundaryCondition

ShapedNeighborhoodIterator is a subclass of NeighborhoodIterator. Is there a
reason why NeighborhoodIterator::SetNeedToUseBoundaryCondtion is not
exported in ShapedNeighborhoodIterator?
