Hi Bill,

After removing (locally) the lsqr files we come to:

Code/Numerics/FEM/itkFEMLinearSystemWrapperVNL.h:24:31: error:
vnl/algo/vnl_lsqr.h: No such file or directory

This linear solver was used by the FEM code.

We have to replace it with something else.
(preferably with BSD-licensed code).


Any suggestions ?
