[Insight-users] itkBinaryThinningImageFilter3D support

Hi, guys.

I want to ask you if anyone supports itkBinaryThinningImageFilter3D
algorithm.
I'm trying to use it for my purpose and it seems that it doesn't work
correctly in some situations.
I think the problem is in incorrect realization of simple points rechecking
process.
If I have for example binary obect with size 10x2x1 it might be shorten to
1x2x1 what is clearly incorrect.
In the initial article the authors discuss such situation and how to avoid
them but it might have been realized here in not right way.
